Always cite sources appropriately in your academic work
Consult your institution's policies regarding AI tool usage

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial. At the end of the trial, you will be charged unless you cancel.
Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are owned by Daxi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

While Daxi strives to provide accurate answers with citations, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for academic or other purposes.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.
