Deleting Your Data

You have full control over your data in Daxi Study AI. You can delete content at various levels depending on your needs.

Deleting Individual Files: Navigate to the file in your class. Click the delete option. The file and its indexed content are removed immediately.

Deleting Classes: Go to your class settings. Select 'Delete Class'. All materials and conversations in that class are permanently removed.

Deleting Your Account: Go to account settings. Select 'Delete Account'. All your data including materials, classes, and conversation history is permanently deleted.

Full Data Deletion Request: For complete erasure of all data including backups, contact our support team. We'll process your request in accordance with privacy regulations.

Important Notes: Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Consider downloading any materials you want to keep before deletion. Deleting data doesn't affect any exported citations you've already used in papers.
